Do you believe...?
1 Corinthians 8:6
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
Romans 5:12
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.
Ephesians 1:7
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
"Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptised in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away—all who have been called by the Lord our God"
Peter spoke to a crowd of people in Acts chapter 2. He spoke about Jesus, how God had raised Him from the dead. As Peter proclaimed, “So let everyone in Israel know for certain that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, to be both Lord and Messiah”
The response of the people in that crowd was to ask, “What should we do?”
The answer Peter gave them, is the same answer for you and for every generation…
This Holy Spirit experience Peter spoke about, was the gift poured out only a few verses earlier “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance”
As God enters your life, He will give you a new heavenly language. A language that the bible tells us ” ..helps our weakness; for we do not know what to pray for as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;” Romans 8 verse 26.
The word of God has not changed. God has not changed. He will reveal Himself to you, in the same way He revealed Himself then, by giving you the gift of His Holy Spirit and you will know, because you will be given a new language.
